Prof Fabian Ajogwu Appointed to the Board of NSIA

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Professor Fabian Ajogwu, OFR, SAN as the South-East representative on the board of Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) . NSIA was established by the act of parliament in 2011 to manage excess revenue from Nigeria's oil earnings. It manages the Nigeria Infrastructure Fund, Future Generation Fund and Stabilization Fund. Prof Epiphany Chigbogu Azinge, SAN, OON has been elected as the new Asagba of Asaba. The former DG of Nigeria Institute of Advanced Legal Studies becomes the 14th person to ascend to the highly revered throne. The Asagba-in-council announced him as the chosen candidate among the ten top candidates for the throne. Born on the 13th of November 1957, Epiphany attended St. Patrick Secondary School Asaba for his secondary education between 1970 and 1975. He was admitted to study Law at the University of Lagos and was called to the Bar in 1980. He proceeded to the prestigious University of London for his Master's in Comparative and Shipping Law in 1983. He later obtained his PhD from the London School of Economics.
