The Inspector General of Police, Alkali Baba, has appointed former Nigeria Police PRO and current commissioner in charge of border control, CP Frank Mba, as the new commissioner of police for Ogun State.
The appointment was announced in a letter signed by AIG Hafix Inuwa and addressed to the Police Service Commission on January 24, 2023. He takes charge of the policing of the state less than a month before a crucial general election in February and March this year.
