UDENU COMMUNITIES HAILS GOV. UGWUANYI ON AMUTENYI/OBOLLO-AFOR/AMALLA ROAD

The people of Amutenyi Autonomous Community in Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu State, have commended Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for commencing the construction of Amutenyi/Obollo-Afor/Umuenachi Amalla road, “hitherto neglected for so many decades by past administrations.” In a statement by the Traditional Ruler of the autonomous community, HRH Igwe Mike Chima, the people also appreciated Gov. WHO ARE NSUKKA PEOPLE?

Originally, Nsukka was merely the name of the descendants of Asadu Ideke Alumona, which later became the administrative headquarters of the British Colonial powers. Today, the name Nsukka is used to designate the political and cultural identity of the entire people of this zone. Geographically, Nsukka is in Northern Igboland, it is at present in the Enugu State of Nigeria. Nsukka is well-located geographically. In fact, it appears to be one of the well-located communities in Nigeria. Nsukka lies between latitude 6°, 18′ and 70.00, North and longitude 6°, 52 and 70, 541 easts.
